        生(shēng)産線主要由多用爐，清洗機(jī)，高（低）溫回火(huǒ)爐，料車，升降備料台，固定備料台以及多用爐控制系統組成。根據客戶需求，可(kě)對設備進行自(zì)由組合排列。根據客戶場地要求，設備布置方式可(kě)以采用直線型布置或者雙向方式布置。

        This production line mainly consists of multi-purpose furnace, cleaner, high (low) temperature tempering furnace, skip trolley, lifting feeding preparation platform, fixed feeding preparation platform and multi-purpose furnace control system. The equipment can be freely combined and arranged according to customer requirements. The equipment can be arranged in a straight line or two ways according to the requirements of the customer's site.

       本生(shēng)産線既适用于大(dà)批量生(shēng)産，也可(kě)用于小批量多品種生(shēng)産。适用于各種類型的複雜零件(jiàn)滲碳、碳氮共滲、保護氣氛下的無氧化加熱(rè)淬火(huǒ)、正火(huǒ)、退火(huǒ)等，使用範圍廣泛。

       This production line is suitable for both mass production and production of small batches and multiple varieties. It is widely applicable to carburizing, carbonitriding, non-oxidizing heating quenching, normalizing and annealing of various types of complex parts under protective atmosphere.
